Learns concepts related to the support and training of end-users on the Lightspeed Dealer Management System; specifically supporting the Accounting Module over the phone.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Learns principles and practices related to managing customer expectations and maintaining customer satisfaction
Handles customer calls and activities
Addresses hardware/software problems; troubleshoots and resolves to customer's satisfaction
Documents customer interactions in detail using call tracking software
Provides written documentation and feedback to support internal knowledge base
Assists in special projects as detailed by department manager
Performs other related duties as assigned
Skills & Abilities:
Proven oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated telephone etiquette with proper use of the English language
Effective in communicating directily with customers
Demonstrated organizational and logical problem solving skills
Ability to learn quickly and focus on process improvements
