Element Fleet Management is seeking a Client Team Associate to join a dynamic team supporting a rapidly growing new fleet program with a last mile delivery client. As an Associate you are responsible for partnering directly with the client and delivery service providers (DSP) to ensure efficient and high-quality fleet management operations for a unique program in the industry.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Execute day-to-day tactical requests and activities such as DSP onboarding, contract facilitation, fleet vehicle delivery, resolving DSP issues, etc. These activities can be complex or routine, in accordance with client's policies, procedures and priorities.
Manage exceptions to ensure processes / requests are followed up timely and closed loop process is used in accordance with established workflow processes.
Apply comprehensive knowledge of the client and Element's products/services (e.g., maintenance program, telematics, driver safety, etc.) in executing activities and requests and resolving issues.
Operate with a sense of urgency and make the clients' interaction with Element easy and consistent.
Contribute to a client's ability to achieve goals and Element's achievement of account retention and growth objectives.
High-school diploma or equivalent
1-2 year's customer service or client account management experience, preferably in a business-to-business service environment
Proficiency in various MS Office software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Demonstrated aptitude for leveraging technical solutions to solve problems
BS or BA in business or related field
Advanced Excel capabilities
Strong attention to detail with a focus on client/customer satisfaction
