Element Fleet Management is seeking a Client Team Associate to join a dynamic team supporting a rapidly growing new fleet program with a last mile delivery client. As an Associate you are responsible for partnering directly with the client and delivery service providers (DSP) to ensure efficient and high-quality fleet management operations for a unique program in the industry.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Execute day-to-day tactical requests and activities such as DSP onboarding, contract facilitation, fleet vehicle delivery, resolving DSP issues, etc. These activities can be complex or routine, in accordance with client's policies, procedures and priorities.

  • Manage exceptions to ensure processes / requests are followed up timely and closed loop process is used in accordance with established workflow processes.

  • Apply comprehensive knowledge of the client and Element's products/services (e.g., maintenance program, telematics, driver safety, etc.) in executing activities and requests and resolving issues.

  • Operate with a sense of urgency and make the clients' interaction with Element easy and consistent.

  • Contribute to a client's ability to achieve goals and Element's achievement of account retention and growth objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • High-school diploma or equivalent

  • 1-2 year's customer service or client account management experience, preferably in a business-to-business service environment

  • Proficiency in various MS Office software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Demonstrated aptitude for leveraging technical solutions to solve problems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BS or BA in business or related field

  • Advanced Excel capabilities

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on client/customer satisfaction

If you're interested in this position, please submit a copy of your resume to Carly Wilson at [ Link Removed ] Responsibilities: * Lead identified improvements efforts through all stages of the basic Six Sigma process (DMAIC, Lean, DMADV, etc) across various areas of the organization * Provide leadership and guidance for the people who are attached to the project and implementing measurable improvement actions. * Work closely with the account management staff, take the lead on working directly with clients to develop solutions and resolve client specific issues. * Document via flowcharting existing processes, identify fail points and develop solutions. * Conduct data and other analysis to determine root causes of service performance failure. * Research possible solutions (in cooperation with IT or outside service delivery vendors) * Identify or conceptualize process/system improvement * Calculate financial cost and benefits; validate results with process owners * Lead process improvement approval process for IT based solutions * Develop improvement effort timelines, key milestones and resource needs * Determine improvement exit points * Manage process improvement implementation, escalations, cost and scope * Provide coaching support to organization's managers to support their improvement efforts * Utilize change management techniques to ensure the improvements are sustained Required skills: * Ability to manage projects and work independently across one or more improvements * Interface and establish close working relationships with all levels of organization * Lead teams of cross functional business partners * Quantify impact to process metrics and financials * Coach team members to identify possible solutions and evaluate alternative courses of action * Ability to comprehend new technology strengths and weaknesses to match technology to possible business solutions.
