Provide technical support to Center Director. Complete and maintain data entry of client admissions, payer source, authorizations and discharges in electronic health record (EHR) system.
Monitor and follow up on billing errors, denied claims, utilization of authorizations and service not authorized. Supervise staff, monitor, support and assist with development of individual's service plan and services provided. Audit electronic health records, billing and staff time sheets.

Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND One year of related experience OR Associate's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Two years of related experience OR Three years of experience providing social or direct care services to groups of special needs individuals in a human services setting OR One year of experience at the lower level Client Support Worker 3 (SSS012) or position equivalent.
