Client Support Technician: Provide hardware/software/network/peripheral and mobile device technical support.

Document issues in trouble ticket system. Respond to/monitor/resolve issues/problems and log resolution into knowledgebase. Install/de-commission hardware/software.

Implement software patches. Manage user accounts. Maintain equipment accountability/disposition.

Comply with policies/directives. Resolves technical problems and answers queries by telephone or self-service ticket in support of internal and/or outside customer computer hardware, software, network, system/application access, and telecommunications systems. Diagnoses, identifies, isolates, and analyzes problems utilizing historical database records.

May route calls to product line specialists, application, or system support specialists. Maintains and updates records and tracking databases. Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns of problems.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

AA or equivalent + 2 yrs related experience;

Microsoft Office skills;

SECRET security clearance;

IAT Level II/Security+ (plus CE) certification
