As one of the fastest growing companies in the US and a leading mobile mPERS manufacturer, Freeus is looking to add a Client Support Representative to the team. In this role you work directly with our clients as their account manager and support to ensure things are working correctly and dealer needs and expectations are exceeded.

What youll be doing:
Work on a day-to-day basis with dealers to meet their needs while delivering exceptional customer service
Work with various departments to isolate and correct any dealer issues or requests in a timely manner
Proactively troubleshoot procedural and technical problems
Ensure our service meets quality thresholds of acceptability in safety and security for our customers and dealers
Assist in maintaining consistent and high levels of inbound/outbound calls, customer satisfaction and performance ratings as defined by management
Maintain professionalism, security, and integrity to ourselves, co-workers, and customers
Create presentations to show and educate dealers how to use new technology and procedures they may not be using to increase operational efficiency
Help dealers implement new procedures and technology
Ensure the dealer has a full understanding of the services available to them
Perform audits and manual interventions
Skills Needed:
Minimum 2 years customer service experience, Associates, or Bachelors degree preferred
Demonstrated technical aptitude
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cohesively within a team environment
Ability to self-manage with moderate supervision
Team player with can-do attitude
Results-oriented, creative-problem solver; Able to meet deadlines
Attention to detail, focus, follow-up and follow-through; methodical time management
