Client Support Representative

Customer Support Representatives will fulfill client orders as their primary responsibility, and aid in support tickets when needed. In the support function, you will work directly with platform users in answering their questions and helping to resolve any issues that might arise. As a support representative you will communicate with our clients via email, chat and phone.
Morning Shift: 6:00 am
Night Shift: 4:00 pm
