Work with Business Data Analysts (BA)/Account Managers (AM) on assigned programs for updates and changes as needed.
Answer incentive line, research issues, and reply to customers within 24 hours of call.
Log incentive calls and note on the incentive reissue.
Work returned checks and call customers or resend checks using correct addresses.
Submit reissue file to BA for submission to incentive processing company by Thursday every week.
Track and maintain totals of all work-related activities and report in weekly report due every Friday.
Conduct research, compile data and prepare client/program information and reports as requested.
Assist center management and clients with questions and issues so they are adequately resolved.
Close replacement orders according to instructions.
Place outbound calls to follow-up with utility customers on incentive issues. Data input orders into an Excel spreadsheet for order import into ATO system.
Upload template for order creation as assigned.

Must be comfortable working with and supporting all management levels while handling confidential information.
Ability to work independently as well as take direction for updates from AMs, BAs and Accounting Department (periodically).
Clear and concise communication skills; able to communicate clearly with customers.
Must provide invoices and projects on schedule.
Attention to details and process flow.
Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team.
Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
EDUCATION and REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Associate degree preferred in business or related field.
At least three (3) years' experience in general office responsibilities and procedures as an account specialist or equivalent position.
Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
Customer service and/or reporting experience
Good with numbers; Ability to balance reports down and across.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
