Position Description

Title: Analyst - Client Support

Primary Function

The Wholesale, Client Support Analysts are responsible for onboarding new brokers and served as a day to day resource to Account Executives and Clients on a variety of loan submissions, Web portal trainings and loan activities.

Principal Duties

  • Works in conjunctions with Account Executive in building broker relationships

  • Answers phone and email inquiries related to the web portal and submission process.

  • Responsible for client training on NewRez LION portal and all the available tools such as pricing, product, etc.

  • Responds and resolves emails in the TPO Assist mailbox within SLA.

  • Provide SugarCRM support to AEs as needed.

  • Keeps informed of current and acceptable practices

  • Provides relevant repots to Regional Mangers and clients as needed.

  • Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of sales support or client services experience in the mortgage or other financial services industry, including performing detail-oriented tasks for customers/clients

Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements

  • Requires strong organization skills and ability to multi-task

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to learn various technologies and processes for quick implementation

  • Familiarity with mortgage terms

  • More than basic understanding of MS Excel / Word and PDF

Client Services Associate Location: Plymouth Meeting, PA Role Summary: Serves as the primary support liaison and Information Advisor between the client and IQVIA. Maintains on-going contact with clients, ensuring they obtain maximum value from products and services in order to facilitate a positive and productive long-term relationship. Responsibilities: * Translates client needs into IQVIA solutions/reports. * Follows Standard Operating Procedures to create and maintain individual reports according to client specifications. * Verifies all reports before delivery to the client, on a weekly and monthly basis. * Researches and responds to client questions concerning the contents of their deliverables. * Builds, establishes and maintains effective business relationships with clients to proactively support their needs as their day-to-day contact. * Visits clients. * Conducts product and process training for clients and other IQVIA employees. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree minimum. Related work experience a plus. * Knowledge of client service concepts, practices and procedures * Familiarity with the Pharmaceutical industry. (Optional) * Meeting facilitation, presentation and training experience preferred. * Proficiency in PC applications, such as Excel and PowerPoint. * Ability to communicate effectively with various levels in the organization (written and oral). * Good business acumen. * Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and expert customer service skills. * Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships in a diverse business environment and to understand complex concepts and processes quickly.
