Title: Analyst - Client Support
The Wholesale, Client Support Analysts are responsible for onboarding new brokers and served as a day to day resource to Account Executives and Clients on a variety of loan submissions, Web portal trainings and loan activities.
Works in conjunctions with Account Executive in building broker relationships
Answers phone and email inquiries related to the web portal and submission process.
Responsible for client training on NewRez LION portal and all the available tools such as pricing, product, etc.
Responds and resolves emails in the TPO Assist mailbox within SLA.
Provide SugarCRM support to AEs as needed.
Keeps informed of current and acceptable practices
Provides relevant repots to Regional Mangers and clients as needed.
Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor

Requires strong organization skills and ability to multi-task
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn various technologies and processes for quick implementation
Familiarity with mortgage terms
More than basic understanding of MS Excel / Word and PDF
