PrimePay is in search of our next Client Success Representative (CSR) to build and solidify a relationship with our clients. Because our clients aren t just a number, they re family. As long as you re eager to learn, have a knack for technology and are an effective communicator, you ll fit in just fine and maybe even find yourself on the track to management.
A day in the life of a CSR may vary, but you can always count on:
Being the primary contact for assigned client payrolls and doing your best to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction
Guaranteeing payrolls are processed timely and accurately
Processing new hires, changes, deductions, etc. for your clients
Completing adjustments, as needed, to help with tax compliance
Assisting with quarterly and annual reporting requirements
