We are seeking a Client Success Manager to work with customers in a given territory. We are a FinTech company that is experiencing tremendous growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, customer-facing professional that has excellent relationship building skills and can work and coach customers on our products.
Using relationship management techniques to sell to new business owners
Build and strengthen business relationship with customers in existing accounts
Work closely with Areas Sales Manager to strategize on goals
Work independently to schedule meeting for the week
Must be comfortable being in a car all day
Demonstrated track record of achieving measurable goals
Outstanding relationship building skills, with a high degree of responsiveness
4 years of face-to-face selling or account management is a must
Degree preferred but not required
