About the role: The Client Success Manager role will be charged with consulting new and existing clients on their wellness initiatives.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage accounts and client / broker relationships on an ongoing basis

  • Assist Program Manager implement new accounts

  • Know clients in-depth - anticipate the needs / desires of clients based on their culture

  • Serve as a point of contact for brokers and consultants

  • Create custom action plans for clients

  • Maintain expert knowledge of our incentive structure, and healthcare reform / laws related to wellness incentives in order to provide consultative feedback / suggestions to clients

  • Lead and inspire wellness teams for organizations to affect a positive outcome

  • Review and approve promotional materials for client communications

  • Work directly with marketing team to create custom communications/promotions for clients

  • Collaborate with Sonic Boom's Development Team - streamlining processes (i.e. bugs, reporting)

  • Aid in the development of processes and procedures to improve operations of Customer Success and Sonic Boom

  • Train, supervise, and delegate work to Customer Success team members, as appropriate

  • Assist with new-hire training - conduct tutorials regarding Sonic Boom programs and existing clientele

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2-4 years of experience working in account management

  • PR / marketing / advertising experience (especially agency) is a plus

  • Experience interfacing with organizations and participants is a plus

Preferred Experience:

  • Intermediate knowledge of client and insurance broker / consultant relationship

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Strong skills using Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, Excel, web tools, and / or other graphical packages

  • Ability to work well with all groups of people within a corporate environment

  • Ability to oversee a project requiring multiple resources, such as: third-party vendors, client organizations, colleagues, and independent contractors

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Knowledge of Sonic Boom's member / client support

  • Knowledge of Sonic Boom's wellness and incentive programs

For individuals living in California, Colorado, Washington; as well as, for individuals living in or reporting to New York State only, Premise Health is required to include an estimate of the salary and benefits for this role. While a number of factors influence salary, our estimated California, Colorado, Washington, and New York compensation is $60,000-$70,000.
