We are looking for an experienced client success manager to be a trusted advisor for our small market clients, applying relational and business consultancy skills to help them leverage CloudFactory as a competitive advantage to dominate their market. You will manage the overall post-sale business relationship with assigned accounts, overseeing the onboarding process and then driving satisfaction, retention, and growth throughout the client journey. You will be able to maintain a holistic understanding of client expectations and success measures and lead strategies to support those goals. You will take the lead on identifying and securing growth opportunities and working cross-functionally to ensure clients desired outcomes are achieved. And you will advocate client needs and share wins and learnings cross-departmentally to help everyone learn to better serve our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire post-sales business relationship with clients, overseeing the onboarding process and then driving satisfaction, retention, and growth throughout the client journey
  • Develop trusted relationships with decision makers in each account to understand their goals and drive value; deliver regular executive business reviews for your customers
  • Track account health and collaborate cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities, churn risks, and work proactively to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the Customer Success team to develop industry leading processes and best practices for delivering success to clients.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how we can better serve them to maximize customer value, growth and retention.

Desired Experience:

  • Bachelors degree (BA/BS)
  • 4+ years of experience in a client facing role; specifically in client success, account management, and/or management consulting experience, ideally in SaaS or similar
  • A customer-first attitude; strong passion for exceeding customer expectations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying focused and flexible
  • Demonstrated success in understanding a customers business and building senior-level relationships with customers
  • Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management Systems Salesforce a plus
  • Experience in sales, revenue retention, and up-sell experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Agile, self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively; possesses a people-oriented, friendly can-do attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks; proven strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, strategic and detail-oriented thinking skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizational and prioritization skills

Maintaining great relationships and ensuring we are their preferred partner is an important value driver for Kasa.</p><p>As a Portfolio Manager, your primary focus is to maximize performance for the buildings we operate. As the primary account executive for our property owners, you will have the opportunity to strategically collaborate with many other teams that support our operations with the goal of increasing partner performance. Responsibilities include working closely with the Real Estate team to understand deal pipeline, deal terms, and partner expectations; partnering with Finance, Yield Management and Marketing to drive top-line revenue; and leading a team of Coordinators who will support you in ensuring operational success with our internal operations team. You could be working on financial statement reviews for a part of the day while also overseeing the onboarding of new buildings the same day. Additionally, you'll be working cross-functionally to ensure operations are meeting partner expectations and will know what levers to pull that can help create value for our partners. You will be supported by the Partner Success Coordinators to address any issues and questions that are escalated to you. Your primary points of contact at the property level include owners, investors, asset managers, regional directors, as well as property managers and leasing agents.</p><p>You will also get to participate in a company-wide meeting where we discuss the business, interact with leaders from other departments, and share our ideas to help grow Kasa. Our culture is based on a remote work environment where we take pride in getting to know each other and what drives us.<br><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities may include the following:</strong></p><ul> <li>Focus on partner retention, satisfaction, and growth through the creation and management of deep relationships with the different stakeholders (principals, asset managers, property managers) in a portfolio of partners.</li> <li>Proactively connect with stakeholders to receive feedback and work to continually improve the strength of our relationships with our partners.</li> <li>Analyze financial statements, review Quality performance data, create property performance reports, and act upon them to drive performance.</li> <li>Conduct recurring financial and operational performance reviews with each partner.</li> <li>Advocate on behalf of the Partner to liaise with all of Kasa's internal departments in an effort to drive solutions and improve the relationship.</li> <li>Manage and take ownership for escalations of any serious/urgent issues.</li> <li>Ensure a smooth handoff process, both internally and externally, from move-in to ongoing property maintenance.</li> <li>Rigorously track conversations and outcomes in CRM (e.g., Kustomer, Zendesk, Salesforce).</li> <li>Drive renewal conversations and collaborate with the Real Estate team to identify expansion opportunities with partners.</li> <li>Intimately familiar with the terms and conditions of each partnership agreement.<br> </li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Skills</strong></p><ul> <li>Property Operations - Strong familiarity with hotel and/or multifamily P&amp;Ls and operations.</li> <li>Outgoing &amp; Personable - You are someone who gets energy from interacting with others and is excited about meeting new people and building deep relationships.</li> <li>Strong Communicator - You are able to clearly and concisely communicate both verbally and in writing. You take meticulous notes and follow-up after every call.</li> <li>Analytical by nature - You are comfortable with Financial Statements, able to glean insights from numbers, and know-how to create plans that drive profitability<br> </li> </ul><h3><br></h3><h3>Experience</h3><ul> <li>6+ years working in a client-facing role in industries such as real estate, asset management, hospitality management, property management, or leasing with a large multifamily company; at least 1 year of experience managing a team of at least 3 direct reports</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience</li> <li>We are headquartered in San Francisco but this position can be based anywhere - must be self-motivated and comfortable working remotely</li> <li>Property Operations - You know what it takes to run a property well</li> <li>Strong Interpersonal Skills - You are someone who gets energy from interacting with others and is excited about meeting new people and building relationships. You are comfortable with difficult conversations as well.</li> <li>Strong Communicator - You are able to clearly and concisely communicate both verbally and in writing.
