The Client Success Manager owns the client lifecycle for their assigned clients and work closely with the Client Services and Sales teams to ensure that clients can monitor and realize value throughout their entire FiREapps experience. This position is responsible for ensuring FiREapps clients achieve maximum value from FiREapps products and services and responsible for conducting upsells and renewals in accordance with performance goals.
As a Client Success Manager, you will manage, renew, and service your assigned clients within our rapidly growing client base. Your goal is to ensure clients are realizing value from the FiREapps application, have high satisfaction with their investment, while also identifying new business opportunities within those named accounts.
You will need to build strong and trusted relationships with your clients. Your clients will typically be Treasury and Finance executives so it is essential that you have a very strong finance background and experience working within a cloud based software company.
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
Conducting and documenting Client Success Roadmaps and business reviews to ensure clients are achieving expected value from on-going usage of FiREapps products and services
Securing upsells and renewals
Educating customers about new and evolving product and solution offerings
Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
Achieving client relationship revenue targets and KPIs as set by the Director of Client Success North America
Working closely with Client Services, Product Management and Executive Management
Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
Updating the CRM and ensuring appropriate departments are aware of changes within clients.
Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent skilled work experience required.
Must have 2+ years experience in Corporate Treasury, Finance, or similar environment, or have 2+ years providing services to Corporate Treasury clients.
Must have 5+ years experience as an account manager within a B2B software company.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Outstanding communication skills and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal resources across the organization.
Strong understanding of Corporate Finance and Accounting
Excellent interpersonal skills and demeanor.
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
Previous sales experience and an organized approach to work.
Previous experience working as a client relationship manager or a track record of managing client relationships.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently and as part of a cross functional team in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
Highly proficient in the use of MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
