The Client Success Manager (CSM) is an essential role in developing and managing ongoing partnerships with the MDaudit client base. This role is responsible for building and managing relationships with MDaudit clients in an effort to maintain a high level of client satisfaction and loyalty. The CSM will identify opportunities to optimize the use of the product . This position will collaborate with the Implementation, Support and Sales teams to achieve client success. The Client Success Manager will advocate for their clients and work with client decision makers to embrace change and expand the footprint within each product offering.
Because collaboration and relationship building is essential to the position, the ability to travel to our clients up to 30% is required. This role is based in our headquarters office in Wellesley, MA.
Must be a strong relationship builder and have the ability to forge relationships at all levels of an organization
5+ years in a client facing/client success, account management role
5+ years experience in healthcare industry is a must; healthcare compliance & revenue integrity experience is preferred
Executive level decision and communication skills
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
