Position Summary:

We're looking for a highly organized, self-starter, to support our Client Success team. You play a pivotal role in ensuring our Client Success team and clients are successful. In this role, you will internally support our Implementation Team by helping with administrative tasks, as well as assisting with client support requests. The Client Success Coordinator will interface on a daily basis with clients to respond to support inquiries, answer technical questions and conduct basic product training. Other key activities include data entry tasks, research projects, compiling and distributing client reporting, tracking project asks, as well as other projects as assigned. You'll become an expert in our Lytx products and Salesforce.com to help provide excellent service to our team and clients. You'll need to be highly communicative, incredibly organized, and flexible to keep up with this dynamic team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries and support questions by phone and email (predominantly email)

  • Conduct basic client training over webex

  • Support members of the Client Success team in administrative duties

  • Create reports for clients

  • Put together PowerPoint slides for client presentations to be used by other Client success team members

  • Assist in managing special projects as needed

  • Help with data entry into Salesforce.com and other Lytx systems

  • Other duties as assigned

Education, Experience &

Qualifications:
  • 1-2 year of professional experience preferred

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university strongly preferred

  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

  • Self-starter, motivated and proactive

  • Enjoys supporting people (internal employees and clients)

  • Strong organization skills, detail oriented, and ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Technical aptitude - can demonstrate familiarity with working with and learning other online systems

  • Needs to be flexible and can work with a variety of different people with different work styles

  • Detail oriented - high accuracy

  • Team oriented

  • Understanding of process flows and documentation is preferred

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Experience working with Salesforce.com is a plus
