What You'll Do…
While leading and supporting client accounts, you will hone your organizational skills and learn the art of prioritization. You will be responsible for the success and retention of your clients, while raising and resolving account issues.
Communicate directly with clients, primarily through chat, tickets, email, Zoom and phone, and work closely with our internal Sales, Data Implementation and Development teams to ensure a flawless experience.
Advocate for our clients while capturing customer feedback and reporting requests to Management and Development teams.
Develop and share best practices with team members to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processes.
Possess strong phone, written and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills.
About You…
1+ years of experience in a client/customer-facing role
Ability to work 6am-3pm PST time zone
Nice to Haves…
Personal Injury legal knowledge
Experience with Salesforce, Intercom, Slack, Loom, Jira or Zapier
Additional Information
The pay range for this position is between $45,000 - $51,000 annually. AffiniPay is committed to offering competitive, fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and education. This position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime.
