Highlights

The Client Success Architect is a hybrid role with a focus on both technical leadership and client facing business engagement. The Client Success Architect provides technical guidance and expertise in identifying client requirements, while analyzing the client's current environment and system capabilities, to ensure the technical solutions proposed meet the client's objectives. In addition to being viewed as a trusted advisor to the client, the Client Success Architect also has responsibility for quality assurance oversight of solution delivery and implementation. The Client Success Architect is a leader in the client success team.

What you will do

  • Bridge the gap between business problems and technology solutions

  • Determine the best solution among all possible options to solve the existing business problems

  • Work with the client and internal team to identify future needs and present as the roadmap to success for the client and Navisite

  • Provide specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered

  • Lead the architecture and strategy process, defining requirements, phases, and creating designs during the project execution

  • Provide strong technical oversite and subject matter expertise during the delivery phase

  • Act as a mentor, coach and escalation point for all project resources

  • Work with the group Directors to further develop the workgroup resources and team development

  • Drive process improvement, delivery efficiency, and project profitability

  • Must be able to speak to multiple technologies with practical hands-on deployment experience.

  • Strong technology background that includes consulting and pre-sales experience

Your education

  • Bachelor's Degree in information technology, computer science or a related field, or equivalent combination of training, education and experience (required)

For more information, visit enterprise.spectrum.com. The highlights Navisite, a Spectrum Enterprise company, is seeking a Product Manager who is a cloud and end user security professional. This employee will be responsible for driving the vision, road map, and product development as well as the rollout and sales enablement strategy for the security services solutions that Navisite offers. The employee will work with internal stakeholders and external software and service providers to expand and enhance our security services and solutions in many forms to enable clients to exceed business goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in applying security centric products in a managed services lens to bring additional value to those managed services. What you will do * Develop and manage Navisite's security solutions, driving strategic product planning, the software and services development process, pricing and packaging strategies, competitive analysis and go-to-market strategies * Share your vision in many forms, from product road maps and product/service requirements to outlines for content marketing assets and campaigns * Manage vendor relationships and help bring in and retain new vendors * Collaborate with developers, operations, legal, compliance, sales, marketing and other departments * Own the product vision and roadmap for your area and ensure that it aligns with the overall product and company vision * Hold cross functional groups accountable and drive product development activities * Measure success by tracking product margins, revenue, churn, client satisfaction and employee feedback * Represent Navisite at industry events, conferences and internal forums Required keys for success * Five or more years of Managed Services Solution or Product Role * Five or more years as a Security Engineer * Two or more years of Security Analyst * Two or more as a Security Architect/Consultant * Two or more years as a Product Manager * Five or more years of product management experience or thought leader-level subject expertise with a business development role at a business-to-business technology company * Strong demonstrated experience as the voice of clients and stake holders—with examples of working with marketing, finance, engineering, support and operations * Curiosity and ability to keep up with the latest and greatest technologies in our space, ecosystem vendor announcements, market developments and more * Experience leveraging 3rd party security software or services to enhance a managed offering in any cloud computing related capacity * Familiarity with cloud security frameworks (e.g. the CSA framework) * Knowledge of industry and geography based compliance frameworks and how to meet them through service delivery * Three or more years of exposure to three or more of the following technologies: Azure Iaas, Azure PaaS, O365, VMWare VSphere, VMWare Cloud Director, NSX, TCP/IP Routing and Switching, Kubernetes or other Container services, VMWare Horizon VDI, Citrix Xen App / Zen Desktop, SQL DB, Oracle DB Your education * Bachelor's degree (required) * Master's degree or higher (preferred) What you can expect * Office environment Spectrum Andover MA
