Vanguard recently closed the first acquisition in its history, with the acquisition of Just Invest (now called VPIM - Vanguard Personalized Indexing Management). Our team is operating in a start-up environment from within Vanguard, bringing the Personalized Indexing SaaS offer to Vanguard clients.

Supports the intermediary business by leading Client Success strategy projects that include business process and operational improvement, data-driven analysis and reporting, product/service evaluation, and other special projects to enhance our clients' experience and journey with Vanguard Personalized Indexing.

In this role you will:

Set a vision for, matures client success function: define and measure the effectiveness of the interaction model across key roles and functions; support business growth through client success differentiation
Defines, builds out, and maintains internal processes and toolkit for the client success function
Leads data driven, advisor journey enhancement opportunities: matures the client success listening channel; collects and analyzes data throughout the advisor journey
Interacts daily and manages relationships with complex web of stakeholders
Leads and participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

What it takes:

Minimum of five years related work experience.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.

Initiates and elevates steps to mitigate risk to the funds where needed. Analyzes reconciliation trends and collaborates with internal partners and relationship management teams to implement solutions. * Proactively resolves daily trading issues, analyzes data and evaluates trends for large and qualified trades. Performs customized services for FAS OTG Specialty Clients, including "portal monitoring" responsibilities, as needed. Evaluates the risk posed by client trades and partners with Portfolio Management to mitigate fund impact and complete trade requests. * Initiates, enforces and manages the application of the Trading Impact Policy. Uses communication skills and expertise to engage internal and external clients in minimizing impact to funds while meeting the needs of our clients. * Obtains and applies knowledge of the business models, trading platforms, and industry standards applicable to FAS MFA CAS's client service segments.
