The Client Strategy Manager will own the successful creation, development, and execution of Amazon Advertising projects for a portfolio of e-commerce accounts. The person in this role will combine in-depth knowledge of client business objectives, online strategies, and their competitive landscape with a rich background in the digital marketing industry to deliver effective digital marketing strategies.
You'll be part of a global team of industry veterans with a relentless passion for helping one another grow and succeed, all the while working with some of the biggest names in e-commerce. Join our customers and partners on their journey to success and grow your own career alongside them.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with clients and account teams to develop and execute strategic account plans while providing best-in-class guidance and service.
Lead projects leveraging ChannelAdvisor's proprietary software and Amazon Advertising/Vendor Central tools.
Deliver campaign performance reporting and analysis to clients.
Lead client calls to discuss industry updates and trends, update client on project status, and review program performance relative to client goals.
How to Stand Out:
2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience. E-commerce, PPC and experience with Amazon Advertising or Amazon Vendor Central strongly preferred.
Understanding of the Amazon landscape and the related workflows and processes.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment under high-pressure situations.
Able to leverage data to make important decisions that will drive client's e-commerce strategy.
Superior written and verbal communication skills and outstanding presentation abilities.
Strong relationship management, organizational, and project management skills.
