The Role:

The Client Strategy Manager will own the successful creation, development, and execution of Amazon Advertising projects for a portfolio of e-commerce accounts. The person in this role will combine in-depth knowledge of client business objectives, online strategies, and their competitive landscape with a rich background in the digital marketing industry to deliver effective digital marketing strategies.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with clients and account teams to develop and execute strategic account plans while providing best-in-class guidance and service.

  • Lead projects leveraging ChannelAdvisor's proprietary software and Amazon Advertising/Vendor Central tools.

  • Deliver campaign performance reporting and analysis to clients.

  • Lead client calls to discuss industry updates and trends, update client on project status, and review program performance relative to client goals.

How to Stand Out:

  • 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience. E-commerce, PPC and experience with Amazon Advertising or Amazon Vendor Central strongly preferred.

  • Understanding of the Amazon landscape and the related workflows and processes.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment under high-pressure situations.

  • Able to leverage data to make important decisions that will drive client's e-commerce strategy.

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills and outstanding presentation abilities.

  • Strong relationship management, organizational, and project management skills.

The Senior Client Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing insights and points of view on performance trends, channel dynamics, and industry updates. In this role, the Senior Client Strategy Manager will collaborate with account management and analysts to understand client's goals and drive the adoption of those plans to achieve the stated goal. The Client Strategy Manger's performance will be measured in three areas: * Client Financial success * Client Retention * Adoption of new features and initiatives * Leadership skills Responsibilities * Asses and understand the client's goals across their marketplaces channels and develop a strategic plan to drive results to achieve those goals. * Establish credibility as an industry expert and build relationships of trust * Drive client adoption of strategic plan and influence action * Analyze relevant data and effectively present to clients * Lead client calls to discuss industry updates / trends, update client on project statuses, and review program performance relative to client goals. * Maintain thorough and expert knowledge of the power of the ChannelAdvisor platform to efficiently meet the client's technical needs. * Maintain high level of industry knowledge and expertise Requirements * 5+ years working in a technical, sales oriented client facing role. * Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple accounts. * Experience developing, presenting and executing strategic plans for clients * Ability to present to senior leadership and influence the adoption of strategic plans * Experience making data driven decisions to achieve client goals * Experience working in high-pressure situations with demonstrated effectiveness in managing client dispute and risk situations. * Experience and ability to develop key insights and points of view on performance trends, channel dynamics and industry changes * Superior written and verbal communication skills and outstanding presentation abilities. * Proven experience working on a large team and can work collaboratively cross-functionally * Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) required. * Experience in e-commerce * Fluent English required.
