Job Responsibilities:

Supportthe Pre-Sales Account Management and Business Development teams with tasksessential to closing new deals and onboarding new clients onto the ConversantPlatform across multiple product lines. This is a hands-on position thatentails multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, working cross-functionallywith several Conversant teams, and provides critical support to Sales and

Clients to continuously drive revenue and meet the needs of our business.

PrincipalDuties:

  • Support the Pre-Sales AccountManagement team through essential tasks including; creating and updating clientfacing on-boarding presentations, generating, maintaining and enforcing newclient launch timelines and managing pre-sales action items and follow up withtask owners to completion. (30%)
  • Coordinate and project manage theon-boarding of new clients as well as document and communicate necessarycampaign requirements in order to launch as efficiently as possible andseamlessly transition new clients to the long-term Account Management team.(30%)
  • Collaborate closely withcross-functional teams including Technical Integration, Creative, Media and

Analytics to verify, communicate and confirm program requirements (20%)

  • Manage and maintain Pre-Sales statusdocumentation as well as coordinate weekly meetings which includes compilingupdates from Business Development and Account Management teams for ExecutiveLevel review as well as managing and maintaining key KPIs and trends for everynew program launch. (5%)
  • Campaign Launch Execution, Process& Project Management (15%)

Job Requirements:

Theideal candidate will have 1-3 years' experience in a related environment,including experience in sales support, account management and/or projectmanagement or sales planning.

Previousexperience with the following is strongly preferred:

  • Managing various projects andmultiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Proactively problem-solving to drivedeliverable completion.

  • Outstanding execution with minimaldirection.

  • Working in an entrepreneurialenvironment balanced with coordination and communication with severalstakeholders.

Candidatesexhibiting the following skills are strongly preferred:

  • Exceptional organizational,presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Passion for collaboration andknowledge sharing.

  • Analytical and technological mindset,evidenced by a strong understanding of internet and media technologies.

  • MS Office proficiency (specifically,Excel and PowerPoint) is mandatory.
