About the Client Solutions Manager role
It is an exciting time to be at PlanSource. We are expanding rapidly, but are still small enough for you to make a big impact. As a Client Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for meeting an annual quota, creating new opportunities and expanding PlanSource's market share in a fast-growing industry. You will be well-supported, and our leveraged-sales model gives you access to a strong network of partners so you can hit the ground running.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading a team of 10 Client Solutions Representatives
Managing activity, pipeline, and forecast based on defined benchmarks and quotas
Coaching and Developing Client Solutions Representatives on:
Sales Process & Methodology
Becoming an expert in PlanSource's products & services.
Assisting Client Solutions Representatives in
Making live and online presentations and product demos.
Issuing proposals with prospective clients.
Other projects and to-dos as they come up.
You are a leader with a proven track record of success, strong character traits of integrity, work ethic, persistence, and determination, are competitive, and possess strong personal and presentation skills. Our Client Solutions Representatives are young and relatively inexperienced and will be looking to you to set the tone and provide them tangible advice towards their development. You have experience juggling lots of responsibilities and are comfortable talking with and presenting to people at all levels in an organization.
Your qualifications/abilities include:
Strong academic record in high school and college
GPA above 3.0 preferred
Persuasive leadership skills
3-7 years of sales excellence marked by objective evidence of success
Strong financial acumen related to product pricing, customer profitability and achieving sales goals
