AT&T Client Solutions Executive 2 is a direct sales role with responsibility of building/maintaining relationships with customer, account planning/strategy, and pursuing new sales opportunities. The CSE2 has knowledge of ATT products/services/systems and solutions, understands the business and is able to leverage this knowledge in the delivery of solutions that meet various customer business needs.

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Primarily on customer premise, create existing/new sales for delivery of solutions meeting a wide variety of customer needs for ATT products/services/systems/solutions.

  • With the aid of support resources, identifies sales opportunity solutions. Builds/maintains network of colleagues/customers to share information and obtain prospects.

  • May support resolution of customer disputes and accounts receivable discrepancies (i.e. billing/installation/customer issues).

  • Establishes/maintains productive long-term client relationships.

  • Supports in presenting products, services and migrations that can benefit customer needs.

  • Demonstrates broad and strong working knowledge of the organizations entire product/service line.

  • Partners with clients to understand business needs, issues, strategies, priorities to deliver valuable solutions.

  • Develops responses to Request for Proposals. Identifies key trends and customer needs, leverages industry knowledge/applications, utilizes consultative skills to close sales for assigned accounts in accordance with company policy, procedures and culture.

  • Owns account relationship; responsible for meeting revenue objectives.

  • Demonstrates sustained record of sales achievement.

  • Effectively influences customers to diffuse potential problems.

  • Aids in devising direct sales plans/strategies.

  • May develop strategic initiatives to grow/retain the revenue stream of complex accounts/projects.

  • May support less experienced sales team through coaching or mentoring.

  • Works on complex projects.

As a consultative sales professional, the Outside Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth and bringing in net new business from prospects. Sales Executives set appointments with business owners to educate them about Heartland's payment processing solution(s). They do this by prospecting over the phone, face-to-face, through their networks, and building referral partnerships. Outside Sales Executives get compensated solely for the business they bring in and build up residuals across all of their customer base. The compensation is highly leveraged with the opportunity for creating passive income while working flexible hours with the opportunity to advance in the company within a few months. Job Details: Role Your role as a Relationship Manager is to close sales of our business solutions with merchants throughout the area. As a Relationship Manager with Heartland, you will work closely with your local Division or Territory Manager to set appointments with business owners over the phone, face-to-face, through your network, and via referral partnerships that you build. You will then run scheduled appointments, uncover needs, and present Heartland solutions to close sales in our target vertical markets (restaurants, retail, medical, lodging, auto repair, salons, etc.).
