Who we are looking for:
The Client Solutions Architect
MSS is a technical sales overlay position, which requires assisting Account Teams in driving MSS business. The Client Solutions Architect
MSS applies practical experience with the capabilities of Optiv to address the MSS needs of prospective clients. The Client Solutions Architect
MSS is responsible for obtaining credibility for Optiv and achieving a personal relationship with the client as is necessary to secure the opportunity and manage the successful closing of MSS opportunities.
How you'll make an impact:
Liaison between the client and the service delivery organization.
Support the close of Managed Security Services revenue targets.
Track individual Managed Security Services calls/meetings, pre-sales activities, and wins/losses, and proposal outcomes.
Describe Managed Security Services offerings in detail, understanding of all pricing models, reference accounts and past Managed Security Services engagements.
Provide Managed Security Services overview presentations to new and existing Optiv clientele.
Provide follow up communication to account team and client regarding the differentiators of Optiv's Managed Security Services Practice.
Assist in performing Quality Assurance (QA) on all client proposals for opportunities.
Gather and collect pre-engagement information for accurate scoping on proposals.
Support Account Teams in scope/price negotiation process with client.
Conduct post-meeting follow-up with appropriate client contacts to confirm that Optiv's understanding, strategy, and direction are in line with client service proposal expectations.
Engage in Strategic Account Planning meetings with Account Teams, assisting in "targeting" accounts for specific Managed Security Services related services.
Transfer of scoping data to Services Contracts team for assigned opportunities.
Provide support for the Project Management Office in account transition (sales to delivery knowledge transfer)
Evangelize Optiv's Managed Security Services to raise awareness of Optiv on a Regional Level.
Complete administrative tasks and reporting, as necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
CISSP or other professional certifications
Certifications with 1 or more of our core technology solutions partners: Palo Alto Networks, Check Point, McAfee, F5, Blue Coat, IBM, Cisco, and RSA
Strong relationships with security experts within the region
History of awards/recognition for exceptional technical ability and value add
