As a Client Site Coordinator, you will coordinate site-related processes on behalf of executives and in support of associates and organizations. Your responsibilities will include managing and making decisions on core administrative support to executives such as calendar management, time recording, travel scheduling and expense submission with minimal support. You will support activities to foster client partnership and culture including transition events, recognition programs and work environment management. In addition, you will serve as the primary interface with the client to build a cohesive administrative and operational partnership including coordinating logistics for dual calendar management, printing, room scheduling and shared spaces. You will support associate productivity by ensuring floor processes operate efficiently while ensuring facility is in show mode. You will also be responsible for assisting in onboarding by ensuring that all new and transferring associates have the information and materials they need to be productive as well as coordinate site-related projects such as facility improvements, event coordination and office services. Finally, you will also be responsible for gathering reports and analytical information on behalf of executives.
