We're looking for a B2B focused Client Service/Project Manager who has the passion to ensure we deliver what we promise! The right person will:
Prepares necessary job work instructions, samples, and continuous ticket updates for production departments.
Obtains written customer signoff/approval on original or revised package specifications.
Creates Pre-bills for assigned house jobs and verifies related materials, labor cost and count accuracy.
Prepares quotes for house accounts using standard pricing per customer request.
Discuss and get approvals for all non-standard pricing with appropriate account executive.
Monitors inventory receipts and levels to assure all components are available prior to jobs being released for production.
Requests prepayments for postage and verifies receipt in advance of production. Obtains purchase orders when required by customer accounting practices.
Communicates and coordinates with internal production departments and clients to ensure accurate and prompt delivery of jobs.
Keeps records of client interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Manages the production of several jobs simultaneously.
Maintains documentation throughout the progress of a job that is necessary for billing and reference.
Performs quality control through signoffs and review of samples.
Maintains high level of customer satisfaction by courteous and professional conduct in all written, telephone or personal contacts.
Participates in special projects and committees related to the general job scope as deemed necessary by management.
Assists in the design and maintenance of internal forms and documents.
Complies with safety policies and procedures.
Maintains a clean and orderly work environment.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
BA Degree or 3 years related experience in a Business to Business customer service role.
Knowledge of US postal rules, rates, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Orientation to detail and quality with the ability to identify problems and errors in job specifications.
Excellent customer relationship skills
Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques.
Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Good organizational skills, with the ability to shift task rapidly.
