The Client Services Supervisor oversees, leads, and trains CSRs, playing a collaborative role in shaping staff behaviors, maintaining standards, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee and assess the daily operations of the Client Services Team providing regular performance-related feedback.

  • Understanding of Business Unit strategies and initiatives and how they relate to the daily functions of the Client Services Team.

  • Assist customer service team with duties as needed.

  • Train team in areas of customer service and company policies

  • Manage coverage and order management to ensure proficient service.

  • Investigate and solve customer complaints.

  • Maintain all SOPs and process documents.

  • Assign workload and set workflow priorities, handle exceptions, resolve complex issues.

  • Ensure compliance of all processes and policies

  • Manage new customer set up and onboarding process (including EDI & Etex).

  • Coach, mentor, support and encourage team.

  • Review and approve weekly payroll and PTO requests.

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 3-5 Years Supervisor or related experience in Client Services or related field.

  • Experience within B2B Client and Sales Support Model and/ or Hospitality industry preferred.

  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Preferred: Salesforce and JD Edwards - Enterprise 1 System knowledge.

  • Excellent organizational, time management, relationship building and verbal/written communication skills.
