KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver an exceptional client experience by identifying and documenting client needs and issues; answering incoming inquiries, effectively applying problem solving techniques, educating clients and following issues through to their successful resolution.

  • Troubleshoot an ever-changing variety of complex issues that require out of the box thinking

  • Collaborate with all tiers of support, QA, and development to resolve product issues

  • Advocate for our customers and represent the Voice of the Customer to internal stakeholders.

  • Document all customer interactions in applicable systems according to current policies.

  • Respond to customers inquiries by gathering information and providing the best solution or appropriate next steps.

  • Provide education to customers on best practices to get the most value from software features or additional services.

  • Follow-up with customers, users, developers, and other departments to ensure logged problems are being resolved

  • Demonstrates the analytical ability to solve technology- related problems and identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.

We are looking for a Client Services Executive to join our SLED West Sales team within Public Sector. Why should you join SLED Sales Team? As a Client Services Executive you will be a part of WWT sales efforts to support our State & Local Government and Education (SLED) West team. Armed with the expertise of our sales engineering team, you'll build and nurture relationships with our customer leaders, identify gaps within the customers technical environment and deliver state of the art solutions in areas such as Infrastructure Services, Consulting Services, Multi-cloud Architecture and other service areas. What will you be doing? World Wide Technology, LLC. has an opportunity available for a Client Service Executive to support our Public Sector SLED Team in the Phoenix area covering Arizona, Colorado and New Mexico. This position will be focused on WWT's Services business by leading the overall strategy and pursuit of services within the assigned territory. This will include building client and partner relationships, identifying and creating business opportunities across WWT's services lines of business, creating, and driving the overall services strategy, closing business to exceed sales targets and increase services profitability and revenue in assigned accounts and regions. Secondary responsibilities include working with internal teams on scoping new work with clients, preparing budgets and pricing, creating and delivering proposals and statements of work, and coordinating smooth transitions of awarded engagements from the sales phase to the service delivery phase. Successful candidates will demonstrate individual business leadership abilities with proven track record of success in the following areas: * Build and own the services strategy for the specific territory that drives overall growth utilizing the different services lines of business * Designing and delivering innovative solutions from concept through implementation in a complex environment * Communicating in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats including delivering clear requests for information and communicating potential conflicts at executive level through individual team member of both business and technical disciplines * Collaborating and leading services sales teams responsible for writing and presenting proposals to prospective clients. Responsibilities: * Build and own the services strategy for the specific territory that drives overall growth utilizing the different services lines of business * Support sales teams with relevant and current WWT services knowledge to aid in pursuit decisions. Review opportunities to confirm that qualification standards have been met. Offer advice to the client team around related experience with similar engagements, feasibility of a particular type of engagement, and other insights that may influence the decision to pursue the opportunity * Work closely with the client teams and sales leadership to drive the agreed strategy within the territory * Attend weekly team meetings to discuss services opportunities, business updates, and progress to goals * Work closely with the client managers to establish and develop strong business relationships with assigned clients and WWT's services partners * Actively participate in customer-facing and partner meetings to uncover potential services opportunities and pursuit of the identified business * Use a consultative approach to solving clients' business issues, with the goal of delivering business outcomes through WWT's services * Support client managers with building pipeline of services opportunities that exceeds thresholds * Develop and present preliminary proposals as part of the scoping and services sales process * Work with any internal departments as needed to create services engagements that are set up for success, including PS Delivery, PS PMO, PS Partner Management, Strategic Resourcing, Management Consulting, Cyber Security, Legal & Compliance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, Business Development, WWT Service Request Center (SRC), Finance, etc. * Work with the WWT SRC to ensure that SOW language and services pricing, hours, and travel budgets meet WWT standards * Develop and present statements of work that are accurate, detailed, and contractually protect WWT from "scope creep" and cost overruns * Upon award of an engagement, work with SRC, PS, Finance, and other teams if applicable to ensure that the engagement is set up accurately * Work with PS team to ensure that the engagement is transitioned smoothly from the sales phase and into the service delivery phase * Actively participate in internal project/program kickoffs with PS team members to explain scope, budget, and preliminary resourcing approach if applicable * Actively participate in customer-facing project/program kickoffs managed by PMs to explain and clarify the agreed upon objective, scope, and deliverables for the engagement * Understand structure of service delivery organizations and incorporate lessons learned into future engagements * Identify staffing opportunities and engage WWT Strategic Resourcing team members to pursue such opportunities * Actively participate in project/program closeout process to confirm client satisfaction with the completed engagement, to gather lessons learned and areas for improvement for future engagements, and to identify additional opportunities. Qualifications: * Candidate must live in the Phoenix market * Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience * At least 5 years of related experience qualifying, defining, and selling large scale technology professional services engagements preferably with a consulting firm or systems integrator * Ability to negotiate mutually agreeable outcomes in complex services engagements with clients, partners, and WWT stakeholders * Competency in analytical problem solving, customer/partner relationships, technology solution knowledge, project management, and business and sales strategy * Skills in developing new relationships with customers and the ability to understand client business issues and needs * Proven track record of hunting, creating new opportunities, and establishing new client relationships * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Compensation: This position offers a competitive market base salary. Specifics will depend on experience, skills, qualifications, and education. In addition, candidates will receive bonus/ commissions based on individual or team performance. * Travel is anticipated at 25% to 50% depending on assigned accounts and territory. * WWT has a vaccine requirement for all its U.S. workforce.
