A UBM Event Brand Evangelist able to assist with any inquiry or concern our clients may have, aiming for a single point of contact, seeing the question or concern through resolution. A group that aims to take one-way transactions with customers to create mutual, meaningful interactions that build relationships with UBM. This team will ultimately impact the company's bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers.
This team will be supporting myriad of topics and questions exhibitors have in getting their personnel and booths to our shows. This will include topics like billing, freight, registration, marketing and systems access.
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Full support of help line (phone), email and live chat
Ability to remain professional, courteous and informative with customers at all times
Fully trained and knowledgeable on all exhibitor systems and logistics from marketing opportunities to on-site operations
Own exhibitor issue until solved to exhibitor satisfaction
Focus on retention of business keep the customers we have happy enough to stay
Facilitate tracking major pain-point trends to drive conversations for long-term solutions
Sharing customer stories, successes and pain points with relevant parts of the business for continuous improvement
Build relationships with customers to facilitate problem-solving and generate additional revenue via education on additional promotion opportunities
In downtime, actively reach out to customers for various initiatives and feedback
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
2-5 years direct customer service experience, with at B2B experience a plus
Business retention experience
Excellent writing and speaking skills
Stellar active listening skills
Extremely articulate and eloquent
