Client Services RepresentativeWe are seeking a dedicated Client Services Representative for a PA-based Home Care Organization. This role is essential for addressing questions and issues from clients and caregivers regarding our services. The CSR will manage incoming requests via phone and external departments, ensuring all needs are met promptly. The primary goal is to deliver exceptional customer service and acknowledge the commitment and loyalty of our clients. This is an entry-level position with structured career advancement opportunities.

- Handle a high volume of inbound calls/emails to resolve conflicts and concerns.
- Act as a liaison between Client Services, EVV, and Payroll Departments.
- Process data for accurate payroll, scheduling, and billing, and assist with scheduling and payer verification.
- Enforce compliance with state licensing laws and regulations and maintain client confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
- Serve on committees and task forces as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.
- Effective planning and organization
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, EMR systems, and Internet resource
- Independent judgment and critical analysis
