This is an in-office position that provides excellent customer service while managing a granted portfolio of clients, with a high priority on customer satisfaction and retention.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Create and drive revenue within a specified client base.

  • Communication is vital and this position is expected to be in constant contact with clients and the team to ensure accuracy, consistency and follow through. Phone calls should be the primary method of contact. Ensure clients are apprised of account issues.

  • Provide comprehensive onboarding and periodic follow ups to ensure clients understand the tools available and are complying with the guidelines of the product.

  • Ensure purchasing, risk and collections are maintained within portfolio expectations.

  • Meet or exceed all weekly goals for additional compensation opportunities through the peak program.

  • Foster deep client relationships, understand their business/finances/requirements and provide tools/services. May include client visits as determined by Factoring Manager.

  • Promotes and fosters a positive and supportive environment that is committed to the success of the department, peers, customers, and the overall goals of TBS.

  • Inform clients of other TBS services and provide information as requested.

  • Understand and keep current on the latest procedures for department and company.

  • Oversee use of advance resources and other financial tools available to select clientele.

  • Ability to move in and out and around the office, including furniture and ability to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

  • Capable of frequently operating standard office equipment such as a computer, keyboard, mouse, calculator, copy machine, printer, fax machine, and overhead projector systems; possess sufficient visual acuity to view computer monitors or television screens.

  • Capacity to learn quickly and accurately apply and communicate the knowledge.

  • Highly skilled in computer, electronic communication, and technology proficiencies with ability to quickly learn new software, applications, systems, and office equipment.

Qualifications, Education & Special Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Industry knowledge of transportation, factoring and finance preferred.

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

  • Sales experience and or client face-to-face experience advantageous but not required.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
