Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
We are looking for an up beat, professional, hard-working candidate with a friendly demeanor and a willingness to learn.
An ideal candidate should be organized, self-motivated, able to multi task, have excellent communication and customer service skills within a team-oriented atmosphere, all while demonstrating compassion and empathy towards pets and their parents.
Duties will include but not limited to:
Scheduling appointments
Confirming scheduled appointments
Greeting clients
Maintaining exam room cleanliness prior to next appointment.
Prepping charts
Maintaining lobby cleanliness
Handling multiple phone lines
Maintaining hospital flow
Filling medications
Assisting with patient restraint
Assisting Technicians when needed
Veterinary Hospital Experience Preferred
Knowledge of AviMark preferred
Operating days:
Monday-Saturday
Closed on Sundays
