Client Services Representative

Title: Client Services Representative

Location: Coraopolis (on-site)

The representative will provide customer service and communication to clients via incoming email and telephone correspondence. This position is responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, this position will support the production team with processing assistance when needed.

As a dynamic and resourceful professional, we will rely on you to perform the following duties:

• Monitor and answer incoming calls and emails from customers and respond to their queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide accurate and relevant information about products, services, and policies customers.

• Route client and customer inquiries to the correct internal teams.

• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.

• Assist the Scheduling Department by contacting clients and customers to confirm specific details regarding their closing.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience.

• 1+ year experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role.

• Maintain flexible hours and work location.

• Excellent communication interpersonal and listening skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.

• Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt to changing needs and demands.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
