Broadridge is growing. We are seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team in our Duluth, MN office. As our Client Service Rep, will be responsible for providing production support to corporate clients (not end users) who utilize our website product. This role will interact directly with Production/Software Engineers, Business Systems Analysts, Helpdesk team members, Data Services and Clients. This is a fast pace, dynamic environment which deals directly with a diverse and demanding group of clients that expect a high level of support. Are you looking to make a significant impact? It is a temporary, Contract role.

Responsibilities:

  • You'll be responsible every single day for receiving incidents and requests from clients.

  • You will troubleshoot and triage client issues or escalating to internal resources.

  • You''ll be monitoring, tracking and communicating throughout the lifecycle of an incident or service request.

  • You take ownership of production related incidents including communication, critical issues/concerns and follow-up for root cause analysis.

  • You'll audit production jobs

  • You can communicate and facilitate tasks internally based on client need and set priorities accordingly

  • Partnering with sales organization to facilitate appropriate billing based on the Statement of Work and client requests

  • You are the point of contact for account based questions and clarification for internal team members such as the help desk, accounting, Application Development

Required Skill:

  • Highly motivated self-starter willing and able to learn a great deal of information in a short period of time

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Excels at assessing situations and providing guidance and problem solving

  • Ability to lead internal and external meetings

  • Ability to grasp technical concepts and interact with technical and production personnel

  • Strong customer service skills, Proven communication skills, ability to carry-on a positive conversation

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict deadlines

  • Deep understanding of MS Office suite products, including strong MS Excel, MS Word skills

  • Experience with campaign management tools is a plus

Assists financial consultants and financial advisors by providing sales and servicing support. Required Qualifications * Successfully completed FINRA Series 7 and 63 or 7 and 66 exams to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents) Desired Qualifications * Client service focus with the ability to respond to requests in a timely manner * Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy * Strong organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills * Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills * Brokerage client support experience * Ability to provide administrative support, including responding to prospect/customer inquiries and requests for information * Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment * Knowledge and understanding of brokerage: systems or applications Job Expectations * Designated insurance license requirements must be completed within 120 days of hire date. Compliance with state law requirements is required. * Obtaining and/or maintaining appropriate Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) license(s) is required for ongoing employment in this position. In addition state registration, specific product licenses or SAFE licensing may apply. Additional requirements include meeting enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards.
