Job Summary

We are seeking a highly-motivated, experienced Client Services Representative I for our growing Discovery site located in South San Francisco, CA.

Perform support functions for department management and stafff in the prepartation and coordination of study proporsals, prices and Letters of Payment Authorization. Provide tactical support for assigend site-specific service areas.

The following are minimum requirements related to the Client Services Representative I position.

  • Education: Associate's degree (A.S./A.A.) or equivalent in a science, business or marketing related discipline. Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Experience: 1-2 years customer service or related experience.

  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.

  • Other: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Organizational skills and attention to detail required. Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
