Client Services Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced project manager to join a well-established team to hit the ground running the role is required to meet the needs of our growing company and client base.
As a client services project manager at Instem you will be responsible for managing one or more client service/internal projects utilising resources from across all areas of the business. Project objectives will be identified in the early stages of an allocated project but as a minimum will conform to a high quality, on time and to budget expectation.
A client services project manager also liaises with other project managers, operations leads, and departmental managers in order to assess business issues and priorities across multiple projects.
Tasks associated with the role.
Management of projects within the companies defined project management methodology.
Contribution to the companies' project management methodology on an on-going basis.
Pro-active in identifying and promoting the implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness when running projects.
Management of issues, risks and changes in a structured, pro-active manner.
Responsibility for budgeting of the project.
Creation and maintenance of project plans for the project.
Provide stakeholders with regular and appropriate information on the progress of projects that enables them to carry out their own tasks successfully.
Responsibility for conformance to quality procedures and end of month procedures, within the projects including the production of relevant documentation.
Management of sub-contracts and third parties working on projects.
Liaison with Operations Team Leaders on allocation of work and resources to that team.
Creative and resourceful in solving problems with the procurement of resources (training, equipment and staff) to enable projects to deliver on time.
Overall responsibility for the project objectives using resources from appropriate departments.
Ensure delivery of a working solution conformant with related product standards.
Management and co-ordination of project related estimates.
Interaction required with Sales department staff for order review and handoff of projects.
Responsible for creating the Statement of Work (SOW) for each client services project assigned in a timely manner.
Required to enter weekly timesheets that enable and ensure the accuracy of the revenue recognition function.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Good project management technical skills.
Good project management soft skills such as communication, negotiation, and accountability.
Good understanding of a software implementation work package and life cycle and its associated challenges.
Awareness of the importance of quality requirements on projects.
Strong leadership and motivational qualities.
Good communication, negotiation and organisation skills.
Proven track record of effectively working within a team.
Knowledge of the NetSuite/OpenAir software packages helpful.
