Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Leadership:

  • Coach and support the members of the client service team.

  • Facilitate the onboarding of each new client and transition that client onto a client service representative.

  • Ensure that the client service team is providing excellent client service.

  • Implement policy and procedures within the department.

  • Resolve complex client issues that arise.

  • Resolve all escalations.

  • Client Relations:

  • Interact with clients to build relationships.

  • Ensure that client needs are being met by the company.

  • Communicate updates or regulations to the clients.

  • Ensure that the client service team is very responsive to the client requests.

  • Coordinate all annual or bi-annual client success meetings.

  • Analysis:

  • Create quarterly and Monthly departmental reports to analyze the practices goals are met.

  • Facilitate all analytical requests from the client and determine if IT assistance is necessary to deliver the analysis.

  • Frequently review the client's revenue to ensure client expectations are met as well as identifying trends.
