BAYADA Home Health Care has an opening in our for a Full Time Client Services Manager in our New Jersey Ocean County Hospice office, that will be located in Toms River, NJ. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary team that provides comprehensive end-of-life medical, social, and spiritual care, comfort, and support to patients and their family members.


Responsibilities for Client Services Manager include:

Client Services Managers at BAYADA collaborate with field staff to ensure that our clients receive superior customer service and quality home care. Focused on documentation tracking and coordination of your caseload, you will support your office's growth through long-term relationship building and follow-up with clients, physicians, referral sources, and community organizations. In addition, you will partner with the Registered Nurse Clinical Managers to provide administrative supervision and on-going support of field employees through strong, communicative relationships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Taking referrals for service

  • Data entry of medical information

  • Tracking and follow up of MD orders

  • Recording and processing daily tasks in EMR system

  • Monitoring home visits and ensuring clinical documentation is completed in timely fashion

  • Supporting and assisting Clinical Managers with day to day operations

  • Answering telephone calls

  • Assisting with other tasks and projects as needed


Qualifications for Client Services Manager include:

The ideal candidate will possess an energetic team spirit, motivational attitude, and strong customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills. The ability to multi-task and maintain high productivity in a busy, fast-paced environment is essential.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Strong computer and data entry skills

  • Prior home care experience/knowledge of Medicare a plus

  • Professional, positive demeanor

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
