THE POSITION: The job of Client Services Manager is done for the purpose/s of overseeing incident and service request management; ensuring an advanced level of customer support; planning, implementing, directing and maintaining the county's specialized support of incident and service request management; and executing County policies and procedures.
This job reports to Assigned Administrator. LOCATION: 313 W. Winton Ave.
Hayward, CA 94544 TYPICAL DUTIES: Coordinates a variety of projects and/or activities for the purpose of ensuring compliance with established guidelines. Develops innovative and practical solutions to technical problems that clients encounter for the purpose of ensuring stable, responsive and cost-efficient technical support.
Manages Service Desk activities for the purpose of ensuring that critical support activities are accomplished promptly and successfully. Monitors fund balances of assigned programs and related financial activity for the purpose of ensuring that allocations are accurate, related revenues are generated, expenses are within budget limits and/or fiscal practices are followed. Participates in meetings, workshops and seminars for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform functions. SEE FULL JOB DESCRIPTION FOR MORE INFORMATION
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Job related experience with increasing levels of responsibility is required.
Education: Community college and/or vocational school degree with study in job-related area. Equivalency: Equivalent combination of education and/or experience. APPLICATION DEADLINE:
