Your Opportunity: Taylor Print & Visual Impressions, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for a current college student to join our team this fall in Bloomington, IL as our Client Services Intern! This internship is suited for print production management in the client services department.

Your Shift:

• 20 hours per week; Monday

• Friday

• Schedule will have flexible hours between 8:00am

• 5:00pm

• You will be joining us onsite in our Bloomington, IL facility

Your Responsibilities:

• Data entry in internal scheduling and print management software

• Generate and prepare production work orders

• Work closely with our office and production teams

• Prepare reports

• Assist in client billing

• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Is a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior enrolled in a Graphics Communications, Business, or Marketing major

• Has good computer skills, including experience and ability to quickly learn new software programs

• Has the ability to read and interpret work orders and instructions and interpret numerical data

• Has strong interpersonal skills

• Has experience using Microsoft-based applications: Outlook, Word, Excel
