Pathways Center Care Campus has two 24/7 Crisis Stabilization Units; one for adults and one for individuals ages 5-17. Pathways Center's Crisis Stabilization Units (CSU's) are short term (2-7 days), medically monitored crisis residential programs, which offer services for a limited duration to stabilize acute psychiatric or behavioral symptoms, evaluate treatment needs, and develop plans to meet the needs of persons served. The programs operate 24 hours per day 7 days per week. The CSU's are designed to serve as a first line of community based alternative care to hospitalization, offering psychiatric stabilization and detoxification services on a short term basis.

The individual in the Client Services Coordinator position performs a variety of operational support duties to facilitate the program's administrative functions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Greets consumers/patients and his/her family members as well as other community business partners transporting clients for treatment

  • Maintains a clean and orderly reception and waiting room area

  • Serves a the record custodian for client records and ensures each record is organized and set up appropriately....responds to requests for records from external and internal business partners

  • Verifies insurance for clients and is responsible for obtaining authorizations for insurance companies for client treatment

  • Notifies internal and external business partners of when beds are available for new, potential clients

  • Provides general operational support to include such tasks as data entry, copying/distributing documents, maintaining record-keeping and filing, etc.

  • In general, communicates with consumers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, and address complaints.

  • Operates office equipment, maintains supplies and/or stock items.

  • Opens, sorts and routes incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail.

  • Receives, screens, and directs telephone communications, and greets or assists internal or external customers.

High school diploma or GED AND Two years of general office or administrative experience.
