Client Services Coordinator (Home Care)

Bi-lingual Client Service Coordinator.  We have an amazing opportunity with a high-growth Home Care provider in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and with inbound/outbound calls. This opportunity is open for immediate hire!

Responsibilities:

• Manage coordination of care for clients and grow client base
• Deliver exceptional and compassionate customer service and problem resolutions
• Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, referral sources, and managed care organizations
• Be a team player with all departments
• Prepare reports as requested

• Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:30 am- 5:00 pm
• Client’s location: Philadelphia, PA 19123
• Experience with staffing and scheduling is a plus!
