Client Services Coordinator

• AGRILAND FS is looking for a Client Services Coordinator with attention to detail and excellent customer service and communication skills. As a member of our BringFuel and AGRILAND FS team, this individual will be responsible for establishing, maintaining and capitalizing on national accounts while providing a multi-product strategy sales approach.

BringFuel, powered by AGRILAND FS, is a distributor of bulk fuel and lubricants to locations and customers across the country, meeting the needs of various industries, including commercial and industrial construction, equipment rental companies, and disaster and emergency response.

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver overall customer experience leading to additional sales volume and value

• Coordinate and execute invoices for customers providing appropriate data and/or reports to quantify each invoice

• Manage product inventory at each site utilizing various software and delivery tracking

• Maintain all proper billing procedures and project flow including use of pay apps and other appropriate platforms

• Generate customer reports as needed and utilizes other technology to improve efficiencies

• Establish relationships with customers and works within those companies for additional business and networking

What we need from you:

• A two-year business administrative degree or equivalent work experience

• Basic accounting and business skills

• Data entry experience with excellent attention to detail

• Computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word

• Ability to learn proprietary software

• Excellent communication and time management skills along with high level cognitive flexibility

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time

• Excellent customer service skills along with the ability to problem solve

• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license

• Must have the ability to travel independently and overnight when necessary
