The Implementation Manager serves as the primary technical contact for an assigned portfolio of accounts.
This individual works directly with customer technical/project/business teams during the customer's design, development, and integration of product ordering systems.
This is the primary, customer-facing LexisNexis team member responsible for: planning and leading meetings; explaining technical specifications and product functionality; configuring product options; communicating project statuses to stakeholders; escalating issues as needed; and ensuring that we meet customer expectations throughout the implementation.
Must be able to develop strong knowledge of LexisNexis products and processes, be ready to explain the benefit of different options, and consult on best practices for use of LexisNexis data to improve customer workflows and processes.
Also responsible for the on-going maintenance of assigned accounts, working on ad hoc customer projects as needed.
Other responsibilities include:
Responsible for multiple customer implementations, removing roadblocks, managing conflicting priorities amongst customers, setting appropriate expectations, and coordinating internal priorities.
Develop in depth knowledge of customer processing systems.
Recognize variations from expected norms and proactively work to resolve the issue.
Workflow and process mapping.
Identify project and/or system gaps and make recommendations to the client.
Grow and expand client relationships.
Work effectively across multiple internal teams.
Presentations, both internally and externally.
Identify and implement process improvements.
3-5+ years of software or data industry and application knowledge
Knowledge of the insurance industry would be an advantage
Experience implementing Guidewire Policy Center or Claims Center
3+ years of client facing integrations experience
Ability to engage and develop relationships on the client technical/implementation team
Strong analytical and organizational skills
BA degree preferred
Familiarity with software development lifecycle
Project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to interpret and communicate technical product requirements
Innovative, proactive and intuitive in assessment of customer needs and requirements
Ability to negotiate and influence others
Excellent customer service skills
Travel up to 20% of the time
