The Implementation Manager serves as the primary technical contact for an assigned portfolio of accounts.

This individual works directly with customer technical/project/business teams during the customer's design, development, and integration of product ordering systems.

This is the primary, customer-facing LexisNexis team member responsible for: planning and leading meetings; explaining technical specifications and product functionality; configuring product options; communicating project statuses to stakeholders; escalating issues as needed; and ensuring that we meet customer expectations throughout the implementation.

Must be able to develop strong knowledge of LexisNexis products and processes, be ready to explain the benefit of different options, and consult on best practices for use of LexisNexis data to improve customer workflows and processes.

Also responsible for the on-going maintenance of assigned accounts, working on ad hoc customer projects as needed.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for multiple customer implementations, removing roadblocks, managing conflicting priorities amongst customers, setting appropriate expectations, and coordinating internal priorities.

  • Develop in depth knowledge of customer processing systems.

  • Recognize variations from expected norms and proactively work to resolve the issue.

  • Workflow and process mapping.

  • Identify project and/or system gaps and make recommendations to the client.

  • Grow and expand client relationships.

  • Work effectively across multiple internal teams.

  • Presentations, both internally and externally.

  • Identify and implement process improvements.


  • 3-5+ years of software or data industry and application knowledge

  • Knowledge of the insurance industry would be an advantage

  • Experience implementing Guidewire Policy Center or Claims Center

  • 3+ years of client facing integrations experience

  • Ability to engage and develop relationships on the client technical/implementation team

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • BA degree preferred

  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle

  • Project management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to interpret and communicate technical product requirements

  • Innovative, proactive and intuitive in assessment of customer needs and requirements

  • Ability to negotiate and influence others

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Travel up to 20% of the time

They are responsible for managing and growing the relationship through proper planning and execution of the Electronic Payments specific account plan. This position will be responsible for managing client relationships, renewals, up-selling of add-on products, adoption growth programs, and enthusiastically cultivating client happiness and references from the clients using CheckFree RXP BillPay and other Fiserv products. As a Client Executive, you can look forward to: Leading and growing the Business Unit relationship through the use of business development, dedicated planning, while being highly responsive to your client's needs. Your focus is to be a valued advisor advocate while balancing the client's desires with Fiserv's performance expectations. In this role, you will: Will serve as the ePayments CE for our non-Fiserv Account Processing/Core CheckFree RXP clients. Specific responsibilities include: Managing Renewals * Facilitate renewals as contracts approach maturity. * Identify add-on sales opportunities to bundle into renewals. Cross-selling add-on products * Drive sales of add-on products and new features with existing clients, such as CheckFree Small Business, AllData, SecureNow, TransferNow, Adoption Marketing, Popmoney, Zelle, and FraudNet, * Participate in the Commercialization of new offerings, by reviewing and providing input as needed on the development of sales tools and collateral. * Partner with Product Management and Product Marketing to drive special pricing incentives and help socialize to Clients.. Oversee Critical Client Service Escalations * Serve as liaison across groups to ensure rapid resolution of critical client issues, engaging and using the appropriate resources as needed. * Assist with Client Communications by reviewing urgent materials and ensuing clients and internal partners receive timely updates. * Coordinate internal resources to respond to critical issues and participate in Client executive level meetings as needed. * Monitor and provide business oversight to advanced support tickets, client improvement requests, and major Professional Services projects. Client Action Planning & Client Satisfaction * Cultivate, secure, and dedicatedly maintain Client References. * Develop and manage Client Action Plans for key clients as needed. * Serve as point of contact for ePayments client happiness issues. * Identify scenarios where Clients are experiencing favorable results and work with Marketing to build Case Studies and Press Releases. Other Activities * Support client visits and client conferences as needed. * Coordinate with clients and Internal Billing to insure billing accuracy and resolve any issues. * Coordinate team education on Electronic Payments products as needed. Provide solution expertise to help accelerate new client sales. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, communications * 3+ years dynamic experience in sales support, account management, channel marketing, or related field required. * 5+ years financial industry experience required Preferred Qualifications: * Working knowledge of Fiserv account processing products, online banking products and business units a plus. * Electronic banking, mobile banking and/or payments knowledge * Strong interpersonal and client/account management skills required. * Strong professional communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation. * Proven ability to interact and influence at executive levels is required. * Ability to craft new relationships with internal business units, drive progress on goals with conviction, and get results even in adverse circumstances. * Make decisions and solve problems with little mentorship, and in accordance with the overall strategy and intent for the business. * Exceptional time management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities concurrently, prioritizing as necessary, and setting expectations with partners on timelines. * Strong working knowledge of Excel (including ability to create and interpret financial models) and PowerPoint (including ability to create compelling presentation content) is required. * Must have home office available to work remotely, with high speed internet Travel Required: Up to 30% Travel may be required.
