What You'll Do:

  • Understand and address customer needs to provide tailored solutions and ensure the best outcomes.

  • Listen to customer concerns and identify complaints accurately, resolving them promptly and escalating when necessary.

  • Engage with customers through various channels-voice, written, or digital-based on their preferences and business requirements.

  • Stay informed about relevant policies, standards, and authority limits through continuous training and communication.

  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
