Are you an expert working with insurance claims and passionate about helping clients? With this client-facing role, we are seeking candidates who want to help clients round out their risk management programs by providing them our internal tools, services & deliverables.

You will provide data and resources to assist Risk Management of the Client, and work with various manufacturing, real estate, residential, construction, hospitality & social services businesses. Greensboro, NC Summary: The Client Service Specialist (Risk Management) provides high-level support to team members and clients in assessing risk-related matters and making recommendations for risk mitigation. What You'll Do:

Strong attention to detail and conscientiousness Assists in the design and implementation of risk management strategies and programs for clients. Completes diagnostic loss analyses and qualitative reviews to identify trends for maximum safety and risk improvement impacts for our clients. Prepares spreadsheets, graphics, charts, diagrams, and other illustrative tools to be used for presentations.

Develops client specific risk control key performance indicators, and direct measurement of results. Collaborates with AP Loss Control and Claims to establish mutual objectives and collaborate in alternative risk control solutions where necessary. Provide clients with training when requested or assist clients in finding alternative training resources.

Become proficient in the offerings of the Succeed Risk Management platform in order to evaluate which clients could benefit for utilization of the system. Provides deliverables which are policy specific to the needs of the clients i.e. experience modification ratings, loss history analytics, cyber security scorecards etc. Establish preferred relationships with third party vendors for services including, but not limited to loss control and actuarial analysis, etc.

Providing project management to internal AP teams to ensure goals and objectives are appropriate and aligned with services delivered to exceed client expectations. What You'll Need: Attributes: Independent judgement, high performer, deadline-oriented, quality focus, detail oriented, organized, adaptability, problem solving, dependability, skilled multi-tasking, superior written & verbal communication skills Three or more years Commercial Lines Account Management or Claims industry experience preferred.

An understanding of underwriting and insurance coverages preferred. Current Property & Casualty license preferred. Strong Excel experience preferred.

Tech savvy; ability to learn multiple systems including Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management software What's In It For You?
