Client Service Representative
VCA Smoky Hill Animal Hospital is looking for a special person to compliment our dynamic client service representative team in Aurora, Colorado. Our CSR's are the first and last faces clients see that provide connection between them and our medical staff.
Therefore, we are looking for an exceptional person that displays compassion both towards pets and their family, exhibits a positive and friendly personality, and has great communication skills. Compassionately caring for your family as our own is our mission statement that we take to heart.
The right person for us must possess the capability to work with our team of amazingly unique and fun personalities, will demonstrate a high work ethic, be detail oriented with great multi-tasking skills, have exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to collaborate with our close-knit team.
This is a part-time position for the perfect candidate. We are open 6 days a week and need someone who has a flexible schedule, can work late evenings, and is available to work Saturdays.

The responsibilities of the Client Service Representative include, but are not limited, to the following activities:
Conduct medical record keeping and client communication using various software (Cornerstone, WoofWare, IDEXX, etc)
Greet our clients and their pets, check patients in and out of the hospital, including taking payments and reviewing/entering charges
Answer incoming customer inquiries using multiple phone lines, email, and in person chat
Schedule and confirm appointments
Cleaning and light maintenance work
