Position Overview:

Merry Maids Housecleaning Service is looking for an energetic individual with a take-charge attitude and the desire to succeed. The successful candidate shall be a people person capable of supporting the manager and the housecleaning staff.

The main job functions include handling all incoming lead calls, generating calls to appointments, performing in-home sales consultations, participating in the hiring process, and administrative functions supporting employees and customers.

We are looking for an individual who wants to be employed long-term with a company that cares about and protects family life. Outstanding attendance is a must! Integrity, work ethic, and good character are required qualities. Positive and enjoyable personalities are a must along with the absolute ability to be part of an energetic, positive team of professionals.

$20/hour with potential to make more than that after 90 days

Quarterly bonus potential up to $2000 at the end of each quarter

Requirements:

• Excellent phone skills

• Basic computer skills required (Word, Excel, and Salesforce a plus)

• Personal car

• Ability to work Monday to Friday from 8AM to 5PM

OTHER CRITERIA:

• Ability to pass a criminal background check

• Ability to pass a motor vehicle records check

• Ability to pass drug screening

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
