At Mandarich Law Group, LLP, we are looking for great people to bring their passion and strong work ethic to the job. We are a creditors' rights law firm located in downtown Chicago.

You should expect to handle high volumes of tasks and have your performance measured to expectations. We are looking for hard working and high achieving personality types.

We are currently seeking a full time Client Services Representative. Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

Provides quality support to clients with moderately complex transactions and processes on a daily basis. Under general supervision, assists clients by responding to phone, email and other inquiries regarding company services and procedures.

Investigates errors in client accounts and statements. Routes issues that cannot be addressed at point of contact to appropriate team, in accordance with documented procedures. Reviews daily open items to ensure proper follow-up and closure.

Responsible for the quality and completion of own work. High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. This position will be a direct contact between the Firm and our client(s).

Skills/Knowledge/Education:

  • Preferred: Minimum one to two years of experience as a client service representative

  • Minimum: High School Diploma

  • Microsoft- Proficient using Excel (soft/filter/formulas)

  • Preferred: Bachelors Degree, Associates Degree

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Minimum: High school diploma. Preferred: Bachelors or Paralegal Certificate.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, SOP Standard Operating Procedures and procedure manuals.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
