RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Client Service Representative, you must excel in providing superior day to day client service by anticipating client needs and responding to client, producer and account manager questions and issues in a timely manner.

  • Ordering and processing renewal and change requests with an emphasis on Business Insurance Risk Management

  • Preparing ID cards, binders, evidence of property & other certificate of insurance requests

  • Processing and documenting cancellations and reinstatements

  • Processing and billing premium audits

  • Processing and billing renewal policies

  • Preparing and billing Bonds when required

  • Assisting with preparation of renewal exposure workbooks

  • Creating first draft of renewal proposals

  • Organizing insured's copies of new and renewal policies for delivery to client

  • Maintaining accurate policy data in the agency management system (AMS360)

  • Consistently Maintaining client documentation in the document managing system (Worksmart)

  • Maintaining a courteous and effective relationship with clients, co-workers, insurance carriers, and other business contacts

  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.

  • 1-2 years of Commercial Lines Agency experience in a highly automated, risk management-focused environment.

  • Must have Illinois Property & Casualty license or obtain within 60 days of hire date.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word and Excel proficiency required)

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a team environment that will also require working independently

  • Experience with AMS360 system a strong plus
