RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Client Service Representative, you must excel in providing superior day to day client service by anticipating client needs and responding to client, producer and account manager questions and issues in a timely manner.
Ordering and processing renewal and change requests with an emphasis on Business Insurance Risk Management
Preparing ID cards, binders, evidence of property & other certificate of insurance requests
Processing and documenting cancellations and reinstatements
Processing and billing premium audits
Processing and billing renewal policies
Preparing and billing Bonds when required
Assisting with preparation of renewal exposure workbooks
Creating first draft of renewal proposals
Organizing insured's copies of new and renewal policies for delivery to client
Maintaining accurate policy data in the agency management system (AMS360)
Consistently Maintaining client documentation in the document managing system (Worksmart)
Maintaining a courteous and effective relationship with clients, co-workers, insurance carriers, and other business contacts
Other responsibilities as assigned by the Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
1-2 years of Commercial Lines Agency experience in a highly automated, risk management-focused environment.
Must have Illinois Property & Casualty license or obtain within 60 days of hire date.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word and Excel proficiency required)
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a team environment that will also require working independently
Experience with AMS360 system a strong plus
